NHSPCA hosts Holiday Open House

Stratham NH – The New Hampshire SPCA is hosting its annual Holiday Open House this Sunday, December 3rd from 3:00-6:00 PM. The event is free and open to the public.

This year’s Holiday event will feature photos with Santa, holiday music and sing-along, many fantastic raffle prizes and the Tree lighting and Blessing of the Animals by Reverend David Dodge of the Stratham Community Church. Guests are invited to come see the animals, enjoy children’s crafts and activities in the Humane Education Classroom and enjoy tasty holiday treats.

The raffle this year features over 30 items to win, including gift certificates for local restaurants, beautiful gift baskets and ski passes to nearby ski areas. The raffle tickets are a steal at $2 each or 7 for $10. The NHSPCA invites guests to win something cool while supporting the animals this holiday season.

The Tree Lighting and Blessing of the Animals will take place at 4:30 PM and raffle winners will be drawn at 5:30 PM (must be present to win). The Adoption Center will be open for business from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM for regular business. Call (603) 722-2921 for more information.

The New Hampshire SPCA is a community resource center that provides animal adoption, education, investigation and sheltering services in a professional and compassionate way. The Adoption Center is open from 11 am – 4pm on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 11 am – 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday, and closed on Wednesday.
