The
NHSPCA's Humane Education program embraces the entire community
teaching respect, responsibility and commitment to animals and our
environment. Whether you are young, old, or somewhere in the middle,
learning about the proper care and treatment of our animal friends
creates a more humane community for everyone!
A Community Resource for All Ages
The best thing about humane education at the NHSPCA is that it's
fascinating, interactive and often involves something warm and fuzzy.
Whether you want to learn more about a particular breed of dog,
how to train your puppy, when to travel with your pet, or simply
what brands of food are best for your cat - we can help you.
Our goal is to be the one place you can call, visit, or e-mail
whenever you have a question about your favorite companion. Our
experienced and knowledgeable staff are happy to provide information
and educational materials on numerous animal behavior topics. Our
web-site provides a wealth of information on such topics as pet
care, behavior, animal health, spay/neuter
programs, rabies
clinics, breed information and much more.
