NHSPCA in the Classroom
Visiting the many schools around the community allows us to share the message of compassion, kindness and respect for all living things. Our programs are fun, interactive and can be integrated into each school's ongoing program. From preschool to grade twelve, each classroom can benefit from humane education. We also have several projects for kids listed at this site if you are looking for a project for your child, scout troop or class.
Preschools, youth clubs and adult organizations are just a sample of the many groups who love to organize a visit to our facility. Tours of our Adoption Center provide insight into the NHSPCA's daily work of protecting and caring for the animals. Participants learn firsthand the responsibilities of caring for a pet and understand the needs and qualities of our animal friends. Our Humane Education department is always happy to schedule your group for a tour. Email or call (603) 772-2921 x113 to book your group tour.
