Register for a wild ride to benefit homeless animals!

The New Hampshire SPCA is proud to announce that the 3rd Annual Charity Motorcycle Ride will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016. The Animal Ride will once again see motorcycle enthusiasts and friends of the NHSPCA raising funds for the animals at the shelter and enjoying a beautiful motorcycle ride through the seacoast!

This year, in addition to raising funds for the animals we will be honoring both human and animal First Responders on the 15 th anniversary of 9/11. “This event began three years ago because Stratham resident, Bill Ball wanted to help the animals here at the NHSPCA,” said Sheila Ryan, Director of Development and Marketing. “In just the first two years the event that he organizes entirely on his own, has raised over $15,000 for the animals. We couldn’t more thrilled and grateful for Mr. Ball’s love and support of the animals.”

The Animal Ride begins at the New Hampshire SPCA located at 104 Portsmouth Ave., Stratham, NH. Registration begins at 10am and the Riders will head out on a scenic course at 11am. Their first stop will be The Rock golf course in Newmarket, NH and the Ride finishes up at Redhook Brewery in Portsmouth, NH. There will be delicious refreshments included at each stop.  Riders are encouraged to pre-register HERE.  Registration is $30 per motorcycle, or $15 for all First Responders in honor of their service. All riders are encouraged to create a fundraising page and spread the word about this important and fun event, and to raise additional funds for the animals through friends and family. Funds can be raised on and offline. The fundraising goal this year is $15,000.

We invite the community to join us in our efforts by either committing to ride themselves, or by making a donation in support of one of our riders. Animal Ride T-Shirts will be available for purchase online as well!

The funds raised go toward caring for the over three hundred animals that we have in our building right now as well as the thousands of animals that will turn to the New Hampshire SPCA throughout the year. Every person, every donation, no matter the size, is deeply appreciated.
